What should i say to the olympus digital camera company?

my camera was almost 500 $ with the 3 year warranty. it was waterproof, shockproof, and freeze resistant. it was a great camera and i took care of it really well! i mean i worked at a cleaning company for a summer to save up for it, than just before Christmas time it stopped working. when i took it into black(where i bought it from) they said there's nothing they can do. A lady at the store said when i went in again a few weeks ago said i should e mail olympus or call them. What would be better and what should i say?

Call Olympus and tell them what's wrong with it... since it's still under warranty, they'll either fix it or give you a new one.

I don't really care about the blogging friendly or the face-detection features or something like that, as long as the pictures are good quality both in and out of the water. Has to be less than 500 (700 dollars at the most) dollars, at least 7mp and have flash. Thanks :)

go to olympus.com i think that they make alot of point and shoot camera that can go under water look at the stylus sereies
